Maddie and Joe brought the Bahamas to Northumberland last Saturday, even nailing the warm sunshine! 🌴

We started with Bridal prep at the grand Espley Hall, and I just had to make use of that incredible stained glass window for Maddie’s details. Her beautiful Manolo Blahnik shoes even matched the green colour scheme seen throughout the day 💚

Maddie then made her way to Gosforth for their church ceremony. I’m not sure anyone was ready for the vision that was Maddie stepping out of that Ferrari! She looked unbelievable. And the light we had in the church illuminated her and Joe so beautifully. Like a pair of angels!

After some confetti and beers in front of the church we headed back to Espley Hall for drinks in the garden. Guests mingled to the sound of the Pantasy steel drum band, bringing that island vibe 🏝️

We moved from the drinks reception to the incredible marquee set on the lawn of the hall. The details that Maddie and Joe planned were amazing, with a palm entrance, island seating plan and rattan details all around the room. It felt so chic yet still personal.

After speeches and some food, they cut their sharing pavlova and before we knew it it was time to party 🥳After a quick dress change and a few more photos, Maddie and Joe gave us an epic first dance performance with confetti canons and lifts, they smashed it!

The Alleycats band kept the dance floor full and to end the night we enjoyed fireworks and sparklers on the lawn. 🎆

Truly a beautiful day filled with so much personality, it was a pleasure to be a part of it!

Mekhola & David 🤎

A day to celebrate two families, two cultures and two brilliant people coming together 😊

The day took place in Hexham, David's home town. They married at the beautiful Hexham House and celebrated at The Beaumont Hotel. And what a celebration it was! 🥂

The energy on this day was unbelievable. Both Mekhola and David were buzzing all day long with huge smiles on their faces, along with a few happy tears. And their guests really brought the vibes, some traveling all the way from India! The energy was contagious and myself and Dan were buzzing off it ourselves!

We dotted all over Hexham getting shots with the abbey, Hexham House, cobbled back streets and the hotel itself. It was a dream to work with Dan and together I think we got some beautiful content! 🫶🏻

And how can I write this post without mentioning these iconic outfits. They look INSANE 🔥 I'm obsessed with David's white tux moment, and as one guest whispered he literally looks like James Bond. And Mekhola was an actual vision, so so beautiful in both outfits 😍

And after that epic day, they're off to India next year for what will be another fantastic vibrant wedding day I'm sure!

Thank you so much M&D for having us to capture your wedding day, it was truly an honour.

A city centre wedding at The City Hall, followed by a reception at the beautiful Ember restaurant in The Sheepfolds Stables, and not to forget a quick trip to Roker for some seaside photos! 🌊

I adore these smaller and less formal days. There is something so special and intimate about them, the fuss is stripped away and it's all about those there to celebrate 😊

Gabby looked sensational and every detail she chose was impeccable 😍 and Jonny looks swish in his tux, soooo clean!

Last Saturday I spent the afternoon with Emily and Emma as they celebrated their marriage at The Woodlands Bistro 😊

They had married the day before at The Story in Durham, and decided to make it a two day celebration with the party being the next day. How amazing to have two days of celebrations! 🥳

I arrived for some getting ready moments before I headed off to the Bistro for E&E's arrival. We were a little early, so we headed into the woodland for some photos of the two of them whilst the sun trickled through the trees, how unbelievable does it look?! Emily is like a fairy in the woodland 🌿

The bistro was decorated to match the celestial theme E&E had chosen for their whole wedding (spy Emily's cape veil, nails, Emma's pins and even shoes!), and it looked beautiful! ✨

And I bet after looking through these photos you wouldn't have guessed that Emily was in fact nursing a freshly broken ankle in a boot! What an absolute trooper!

Thank you E& E for having me as a part of your special day. It was a joy to be with you and your loved ones 🫶🏻

Introducing The Stuarts 🥂

What a brilliant day which started at the Innside hotel on our beautiful quayside before heading through town to Wylam Brewery for the rest of the day 🤎

After a beautiful ceremony we headed out for confetti and on to drinks, before heading back into the brilliant Grand Hall for speeches and dinner.

It was a sunny yet windy day and if you know Wylam well, you know the light can be magic when the sun shines through the trees and windows here. Illuminating details and creating pockets of magical light to play with. of course we had to make the most of it! ✨

After dinner we made use of the brewery itself for some photos, and before we knew it it was time for dancing 🕺🏻

Em & Cam are clearly made for each other and it was so clear to see how loved they were on this day. In a room full of faces not one person showed anything other than love and adoration for these two 🫶🏻
