UPDATE: Digitalab Album Designer
Following our update yesterday regarding the temporary suspension of our Digitalab Album Designer software.

Unfortunately, the additional security patch we are implementing is taking longer than initially anticipated and is now expected to be available next week. We will restore access to the Album Designer as soon as the necessary updates have been installed and thoroughly verified.

In the meantime, if you already have the Digitalab Album Designer downloaded on your computer, you can continue designing your albums as normal. You can prepare your designs and get everything ready to order. You will simply need to wait until access is restored next week before uploading your designs and completing your order.

We also want to reassure you that all other products and services available through the Digitalab website remain unaffected. This issue is limited to the Digitalab Album Designer.
We understand how important album orders are to your business, and we are taking steps to minimise any disruption. Once ordering resumes, we will be prioritising those orders to help keep delays to an absolute minimum.

We want to reassure all our customers that our systems and customer data remain secure and unaffected.
However, given the ongoing nature of this global security issue, we believe the most responsible course of action is to take preventative steps rather than potentially expose our customers to any unnecessary risk.
