Actors - Newcastle 20/06/19

I have been impatiently waiting with anticipation for this gig since I bought tickets earlier on in the year. I had heard about Actors about a year ago after seeing the video to 'Face Meets Glass' and their debut album 'It Will Come To You' was swiftly bought upon release. Actors did not disappoint and it was pure enjoyment to see them perform.

Empathy Test was a delightful surprise had I had not heard anything by them until that night. Their album 'Losing Touch' was purchased during the gig. I felt vocalist Isaac Howlett was channelling a bit of Ian Curtis with his intense and enigmatic performance delivery.

It was great to see some local support from Ghost Signals.
