Hi everyone, just wanted to make a post on facebook to apologise as it's been brought to my attention that I have missed a couple of enquiries that had been sent through fb messenger. Please note that social media is for advertising only and all my correspondence is done via email. I often miss notifications and unfortunately that has been the case the past few months. I'm so sorry to anyone I missed, please know that if I haven't replied to you personally, I have not recieved the message. I'm aware that FB business chat has also been sending automatic messages back to people saying the message was recieved, when I had not infact seen the messages. Hopefully I can fix this -- however please make sure to use email at [email protected] where I will get back to you within a couple of days maximum.
So sorry again, it's been upsetting to see how many I missed and I really appreciate everyone who reaches out to me to be a part of your special day!
