Despite the heavy downpour, there was an amazing turnout today to celebrate the life of Barbara Ann Pass – Barb.
It was a beautiful reflection of just how loved and adored she was, with family and friends coming together to remember the matriarch at the heart of their family.

Barb was one of a kind – a devoted mum, nana, great-nana and wife, with a wonderful sense of humour and a talent for creating laughter wherever she went. Today was filled with love, smiles and some wonderful stories that brought her personality to life.

It was a privilege to lead such a personal and heartfelt farewell for a very special lady.

And, fittingly, we ended with Barb's favourite song, Long After Tonight Is All Over – the song she proudly declared was “the best song in the world ever.” 🎶

Thinking of Paul, Jimmy, Ange and all of Barb's family and friends. ❤️

Today we had the privilege of supporting the family and friends of Frank Lear as they said their final farewell.

Frank had a lifelong love of motorcycles, so it was incredibly fitting that his friends rode alongside him on their bikes as they accompanied him on his final journey to the chapel. It was a truly personal and poignant tribute to a man who loved his bikes and the freedom they brought.

Frank was also a devoted husband, dad and grandad, remembered for his dry sense of humour, his stories and the love he had for his family.

Today’s service was filled with love, laughter and memories - a fitting farewell to Frank.

Our thoughts are with Sue and all of Frank’s family and friends.

Rest peacefully, Frank. 🏍️

Today we said farewell to a truly one-of-a-kind character who lived life in his own unmistakable way.
Paul’s final journey was as individual as he was, arriving in a beautiful horse-drawn gypsy carriage, surrounded by stunning floral tributes that reflected some of the things he loved most in life - horses, his beloved Manchester United, and above all, his family.

The ceremony was filled with memories and love, celebrating a man who was wonderfully chaotic, had no filter, and always made sure his presence was known. Beneath that unique sense of humour was a kind and caring man who loved deeply and was deeply loved in return.

It was a fitting farewell for Paul - personal, heartfelt and unmistakably him.

Rest peacefully, Paul. ❤️

Today we said farewell to Jason Leonard Collinson – JJ to so many who knew and loved him.

A truly one-of-a-kind character, Jason lived life in his own way and certainly made an impression wherever he went. He loved his family, Christmas, horse racing, music, ice creams, tropical fish and, above all else, monkeys.

It was only fitting that his coffin was adorned with some of his beloved monkeys and a few of the colourful sayings that were unmistakably JJ.

There was sadness today, but also plenty of laughter as family and friends remembered his mischievous nature, his larger-than-life personality and the countless stories he leaves behind.

As his family so perfectly put it, "They broke the mould with Jason."

Rest peacefully, JJ. You will be missed, remembered and loved always. 🐒❤️

There was a full chapel today as family and friends gathered to celebrate the life of Bill Lewis.

A hardworking family man with a great sense of humour, Bill was someone who found joy in life's simple pleasures – cheering on his beloved Port Vale FC, following the horse racing, dancing with his beloved Ann, spending time with his family and catching up with friends. His lifelong support of Port Vale was reflected in the beautiful floral tribute chosen by his family.

Today's ceremony was filled with stories that brought smiles as well as tears, reminding us that it is often the everyday moments that leave the greatest legacy.

Our thoughts remain with Bill's family and all who knew and loved him.

May he rest in eternal peace 🖤🤍

A lovely service was held today at St Mary’s Church, Knutton, for the late Mary James, beautifully led by Rev’d Sue Sidebottom.

Following the service, Mary was laid to rest at Silverdale Cemetery, where family and friends gathered to say their final goodbyes.

May Mary rest in eternal peace, and may her family and loved ones find comfort in the many treasured memories they shared with her. 💛 🕊️

Today’s service was held at Bradwell Crematorium for the late Andy Clay.

A beautiful and fitting service was led by Nigel Bould, with the crematorium chapel packed with family and friends who had gathered to pay their respects and celebrate Andy’s life.

Andy was a true Land Rover enthusiast, so it was especially fitting that his family chose a Land Rover hearse to accompany him on his final journey — a wonderful personal touch and a perfect tribute to something he loved.

Our thoughts and condolences remain with Andy’s family and friends at this difficult time.

Rest In Eternal Peace Andy 💙
