Holding a General Visual Line of Sight Certificate (GVC), a A2CofC certificate and operating under an Operational Authorisation granted by the CAA (UAS14008), EFBH Films operates within appropriate safety restrictions and is committed to safety as the primary consideration whilst conducting Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) operations. The protection of employees, contractors and th
e general public is of paramount importance and as such, all operations will be conducted in a safe and responsible manner. EFBH Films embraces 'just culture' and fosters an open, honest environment where employees are encouraged to voice any concerns over safety related issues so that they can be addressed immediately. The operation of any UAS is carried out in accordance with, and abides by, the requirements of ANO2016 - 2020 Amendment and UAS Implementing Regulation 2019/947 (as retained in UK Law), the relevant PDRA, insurance policy, and the Operational Authorisation issued by CAA. EFBH Films is also a gold registered operator with Drone Safe Register.
