It’s been a turbulent time here lately!!! I thought I better update as it’s been a bit quiet. Mostly because after the MADNESS of the two years in 5 months wedding spree of 2021 I’m now coming to the end of a couple of months off and gearing up for the 2022 bookings which I cannot wait to get shooting!!!

This is mostly to update all the lovely couples who are still waiting on their delivered packages. Firstly I cannot thank you enough for the love and support we’ve had through what’s been an extremely difficult time and secondly for your patience as all the outstanding edits were in the bottleneck towards the end of the year when business was at its absolute peak!!!!

My father has sadly been through an incredibly difficult time and is still under the care of the amazing intensive care nurses at Stoke Hospital but as of the past few days is improving at an incredible pace so hopes are high and our stress levels reduced enormously.

As a result I’ve missed out on a good few weeks of edit time which I’m now catching up on. Films and photos will now be coming thick and fast.

Once again, thank you for your amazing patience (this is not normal practice at all) and big love to you all!

Good evening couples, social media is a bit quiet at the moment as I catch up on all the 2021 backlog. Lots of films being delivered and fingers crossed everyone will have theirs before the end of feb! Phew!!!! Once again, I can’t thank you all enough for your patience. It’s been quite the crazy time!!! Weddings start up again officially in a fortnight and I can’t wait!!!! In the meantime there’s a spanking new website to have a nosey at www.satinpictures.co.uk and for the most part the action is over on Instagram.
Bookings for January have been INSANE!!! Im so thankful, it really is a privilege. If you’ve had your film or photos recently and not left a review, please feel free to. It all helps 🙂

Well, what a bonkers year 2021 was!!! Just about recovered from the madness after a short break (albeit full of covid and flu)... lots of film and photo packages in production and coming very very soon to all those patiently waiting.

Lots of changes for 2022 too, a new website on the way very soon and package changes which mean a more immersive experience for your wedding films which I'm trialing at the moment with excellent results!!!

Hello lovely people, it’s been a while! There’s been an awful lot going on… mostly non stop edits but mostly all the action is over on my Instagram page so please hop over and give it a follow.

Well, in this utterly unprecedented year we finally made it through! More weddings in the last 6 months than in a normal 18 month period! The backlog is pretty hefty but please be assured everything is being treated with love, care and attention. Shouldn’t be too long until everything has been delivered but please be patient, you are not forgotten 🙂

Just a quick update on timescales!!! As I’m sure you know this year has been unprecedented in volume. I’ve shot easily a normal years worth in the past 3 months due to postponements throughout 2020. I’m working day and night to get films and photos delivered within the contracted 12 week schedule but it’s most likely looking at around 14 weeks as edits enter the most dense period of bookings.

This week films and packages completed are and will be Emma and Gabriel and Emma and Mark plus the full photo set for Noora and Joe so keep your eye on your emails for notifications.

Next week I move onto Katie and Lee and Lee and Kate for films.

I appreciate everyone’s patience enormously and please know they are coming as fast as they can.
