LAUNCHING - Nairn & Nairnshire Smart Phone Photographic Competition from Nairn Camera Club.
We are running a Photographic Competition open to all residents across Nairn & Nairnshire from 1st November closing 31st March 2025.
For the winners there are 2 prizes.
For the over 18s a meal for two to the value of £50 kindly provided by Ozzy's Restaurant and a welcome to Nairn Camera Club and 1 years free membership of Nairn Camera Club.
For under 18 (as at 31/03/25) the winning Image will receive £50 Amazon voucher and a welcome to the club as any under 18s can join for free.

Terms and Conditions
1) All entrants must live in Nairn & Nairnshire ie IV12 postcode.
2) One entry per person
3) All entries must be taken by a mobile smartphone and all processing must be within the phone. However apps such as Snapseed are allowed. This will be verified with all finalists.
4) The decision of the judging panel is final.
5) The prizes are non-negotiable with no alternatives
6) All entries remain the property of the authors; however Nairn Camera Club/Nairn Photographic Society reserve the right to repost and publish whether winning or not on social media, local news, publications such as a calendar and the club website.
7) Entries must be posted in the challenge Facebook group but any entrants not active on Facebook may email [email protected] with the image including their name, age if under 18, address and email.
8 ) All images must be wholly the work of the author, editing in smart phone allowed BUT no AI or generative tools may be used in its creation.
9) All images must meet the standards of Facebook for submission ie no nudity, cruelty or inappropriate language. Should any unsuitable images be received they will be deleted and will not be eligible for the competition.
10) By entering the competition all entrants agree to providing their full name and address if requested to validate Nairnshire IV12 residence. These details will be held electronically for a period of up to 24 months after the winners of the competition is announced.
11) Winning Entrants agree to their details being validated, publicised and their photograph being taken for publicity purposes to promote Nairn Camera Club. And for the winning image to be displayed on the Nairn Camera Club website for up to 10 years.
12) By entering this competition all entrants agree to be bound by these terms.
