Bluebells ✨

My favourite flower. Iconic Scottish Beauties. Sapphire queens of ancient woodlands. Symbolic for ever lasting love. Enchanting but potentially dangerous little faerie flowers.

If you fancy a short, relaxing bluebell wander this spring, I have limited availability in multiple locations Edinburgh/ Lanarkshire. These are respectable, calm sessions sticking to paths that run through the flowers. Suitable for couples, maternity etc.

Ps. Did you know if you pick a bluebell, legend has it you will be led astray by faeries? It’s also against the law to pick or trample them 🤷‍♀️ So just don’t do it, okay? OK! 💙

I love spending a little time with you on the morning of your special day, and just hanging back to capture things exactly as they happened. Because once the celebrations settle, I want your photos to remind you of how it felt in that moment.

I gently suggest guidance where appropriate but 9/10 I’m quietly observing the mood, the light, the connection and emotion and documenting your morning as it is ❤️

Effortless Class ✨

My first wedding of the year last week was a cold one down on the farm but with beautiful soft winter light and lots of happy, smiling faces. The fizz, the fun and the laughter - some hilarious speeches and heartfelt moments. It was so lovely to see J + C tie the knot in a family handfasting with their wee girl surrounded by friends and family in a low lit candlelight ceremony ✨

And can we just have a moment for the shoes 👏 💎
