A fabulous wee day out in the sun with Ailish yesterday.

Attended Hibs v Hearts women (Hibs won 2-0) and Ailish was gifted a signed top from Lauren Doran-Barr as a thank you for our sponsorship of her boots this season.

Finished the day off on Portobello beach with an ice-cream.

Can't beat it. 💚⛱️🌞⚽️

The historic Kasbah of the Udayas located in Rabat, Morocco.

The fortified complex is situated at the mouth of the Bou Regreg river where it meets the Atlantic Ocean.

The Kasbah includes a residential area with traditional white and blue painted houses, a summer palace, and an Andalusian garden.

It is recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is a popular attraction for visitors to the capital.

A peaceful scene along the Bou Regreg River in Rabat, Morocco.

You can see the historic Kasbah of the Udayas in the background, looking over the river.

Locals are fishing along the stone embankment, which is a common sight here and gives the cityscape a timeless, classic feel.

Rabat is the capital of Morocco, and it's known for blending traditional and modern styles.

A recent shot featuring the distinctive arches and intricate tile work of the Hassan II Mosque located in Casablanca, Morocco.

This is the largest mosque in Morocco and the largest functioning mosque in Africa. It is currently the third largest mosque in the world after Mecca and Medina.

Completed in 1993, it features a minaret that is one of the tallest in the world.

The mosque is built partly over the Atlantic Ocean, with a glass floor in parts of the great hall.

It is a major architectural masterpiece and a significant tourist attraction in the city.

Reflections of Serenity ✨

I caught this moment of pure stillness the other day whilst visiting Morocco.

There’s something so grounding about watching nature pause for a drink.

The world can be loud and fast, but this antelope reminds me to take a second, breathe, and find my own "watering hole" of calm.

"Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished." — Lao Tzu

Hope your day is as peaceful as this view! 🌿💧

Sun, sand, and centuries of history. 🌊🏰

There’s nothing quite like the view where the ancient city walls meet the turquoise blue of the Atlantic. Whether you're soaking up the rays on the shore or getting lost in the winding white alleys of the Kasbah, Rabat always finds a way to take your breath away.

Living for these slow coastal moments. ✨

Football, the world game, the people's game, a sport with the innate ability to transcend borders, politics, religion, language and time, a sport that connects us in a way that a world we've constructed seldom does.

Having sought to attend the Morocco v Mali Women's fixture in Rabat last night, we were saddened to learn that we were unable to attend the fixture due to us requiring a Moroccan address to purchase tickets online.

However, thanks to the help of a local policeman, and a random gentleman who overheard our conversation, we were quickly escorted into the stadium, given prime seats to watch the game, and quickly learned that the gentleman who came to our rescue was the father of one of the Moroccan players.

He not only arranged photos for Ailish with the substitutes on the Moroccan bench, but also acquired his daughters jersey at the end of the match which he promptly gave to Ailish.

A wonderful experience. 🇲🇦❤️⚽️
