Just a quick fly by of Bothwell Castle.

I’ve wanted to visit for a while but when I got there I saw it was only open for another 5 minutes or so and ended up skipping the inside of the castle!

I love how close it sits to the water and the contract between the colour of the castle with the trees and grass ☺️

I will do another video full of facts soon ☺️ these ones without voice in them tend to not do very well 😂

Now, there is a no drone sign at Bothwell Castle. However, there are no Flight Restricted Zones in the area… I did take off from publicly owned land and also landed there to avoid any arguments!

Captured on the DJI Avata 360.

Quick Facts - Chatelherault Hunting Lodge

Built to look like a Palace… but used as a Kennel!

Chatelherault Hunting Lodge, designed by William Adam in the 18th Century, was created as a grand illusion - placed at the end of Hamilton Palace’s avenue to appear far more impressive than it actually was!

In reality, it was a narrow hunting lodge…
