What a way to kick off my May weddings!!

Cat & Matt had the most beautiful wedding at Wyresdale Park on Saturday. The ceremony was so gorgeous, the confetti was plenty and the Aperol was flowing, my favourite if only I could enjoy one ha.

Cat and Matt are clearly made for each other, they didn’t stop smiling all day, which obviously made my job easier. They braved the boat and we had the most gorgeous sunlight despite rain earlier in the day. I’ll share more pics but for now this is all your getting. What a day and what a perfect venue for them. Thanks for having me guys I loved it

Simply Beautiful, Lauren & Phil had the most gloriously perfect day on Saturday. A personal service at their local family church st Thomas’s in Lancaster followed by a sunny afternoon and the most stunning golden hour at Wennington Hall. It’s been a long hard slog to get another one of these bad boys!! I’ve been shooting two systems (because I like to make my life hard ) for what’s turned out to be 6 years!!!! I was switching to Sony just before COVID I bought one and the plan was to buy another the following summer as it’s bloody expensive all this kit you know. Anyway obvs bloody covid hit and my income went to zero in a matter of days, throw a house move another baby a house renovation investing in lenses laptops, software into the mix and the last few years have turned out to be ones we hadn’t really planned for!! Any way I cracked on with two systems, got used to switching between them both which was a head f**k to others but second nature to me, I shoot everything in manual coz I’m old school like that just to make it even harder. I love to have full control surprise surprise hah! Then when I finally did have some pennies in the back pocket again roughly four years later I was so confused I love Sony and how light it was but my heart was still with Canon, then came the next dilemma, moving on to a canon mirrorless which again is different to my old faithful trusty work horse of a dslr. I jumped and bought a canon r5 and loved it!! Obvisouly pricey so had to save some more and today the second one has finally arrived!! Whoop!!! Along with a new lens for all my new ventures of equine photography! Excited much! I’m hoping the shift back to canon is going to make my life a whole lot easier!! Sorry for the boring post but it’s a big day for me!!!

Everything is just fresher and I can’t wait to meet you and your little ones. Whether you book a Mini shoot for your children, you as a newly engaged couple, a new born shoot, or pics of the dog. I can’t quite believe 3 years ago this super lovely pair got married at Broadoaks in Windermere. It was a beautiful day, my favourite part being that they braved the jetty even though it was pretty much under water!! 100% Bride effort right there and the photographs were so worth it, even if I do say so. Happy Anniversary guys!! I’m off back to Broadoaks on Monday for a wedding, can’t wait!!
