Juvenile Raptor

This young fellow decided - probably on one of his first flights - to perch right outside my home office window. Grabbed the camera from the shelf for the first time in about a year and shot through the window.

Here is where I need your help because I am anything but a bird expert. Just because we have quite a few of them around, I thought it is a Buzzard (Bussard). But friends suggested it might be a Goshawk (Habicht) or a Sparrowhawk (Sperber). Honestly, as youngsters they all look quite similar to me. Can you identify him for me please?
