Laikipia Wilderness just keeps on giving. An eight week old leopard cub. Slightly unsure but curious.

We might have been some of the first humans he’d ever seen — and Mum couldn’t have been calmer.

Moments like this only happen because of expert guides and real respect for wildlife.

When animals feel safe, you get magic like this. 🐆✨.

Day 3: In full daylight is about as well camouflaged as a black cat on a cream carpet. But she is still incredibly good at catching prey - all be it behind bushes. We were fortunate to get this tiny insight into what it’s like to be a for a morning. Thank you to the incredible guides for their expertise and respect for this incredible animal

Day 2 of our trip to and Giza continues to give us moments we’ll never forget - made possible by the exceptional guides and spotters here

Amazing sightings of Giza on our first couple of days at Laikipia Wilderness - looking forward to the next few days.

Wild moments of 2025. Here’s my highlights video from our travels last year.

We went from minus 35 degrees C in Yellowstone National Park in January, to plus 35 degrees C in the national parks of India in April, before finishing off the year in the ice and beauty of the Antarctic Peninsula in November.

Very hard to pick a top 3 favourite moments, but if forced, I’d go with:
1) Emperor Penguin chicks at Snow Hill, in my opinion the most adorable birds on the planet
2) Red foxes pouncing in fresh snow
3) Tiger cubs, around 3 months old, trotting across the road in front of us

This short compilation of the places, animals and moments reminded me just how extraordinary the natural world is — and why it’s worth protecting. If it leaves you feeling inspired, hopeful, or simply glad these places still exist, then it’s done its job.

Here’s to a kinder, wilder 2026 🌍🐾

From the frozen landscapes of Yellowstone in January, to the jungles of India in May, and finally the ice and silence of the Antarctic Peninsula in November,...

Nice Ice Baby. ❄️💙
Antarctica has a way of stopping you in your tracks. I was all prepped for the wildlife to do that to me, but not for the icebergs to be equally as breath taking - literally. Carved by wind, water and time, they shift from deep blues to soft pastels depending on the light — silent, enormous and impossibly beautiful.
This little film is just 25 seconds of that stillness: drifting ice, calm water and a landscape that feels like another planet.
Hope you enjoy this tiny breath of the White Continent

Although the emperor penguin chicks were the definite stars of our recent expedition to Antarctica, the other penguins put on a fabulous show too. Gentoos, Chinstraps and Adelies waddled, stumbled, dived and porpoised into our hearts during many zodiak cruises and landings. Massive thanks to and for this unforgettable experience

Snow Hill Emperor Penguin Colony — one of those rare moments I’ll never forget.
An Antarctic expedition flawlessly executed by Quark Expeditions and shaped brilliantly by Paul Goldstein meant we became part of the tiny percentage of people who stand at this emperor penguin colony each year.

Watching the chicks wobble, fall over, play-fight and generally steal the show was pure magic.

Here’s a tiny 30-second glimpse of it. Hope it brings you a smile 🐧❄️

Our first trip out to photograph and video red squirrels near our new home.

There's hope that the reintroduction of pine martins in Cumbria will help control the much slower moving greys, who have been pushing out these beauties for many years.

25 marathons. 25 days. 650 miles. And the tiger made it to Tiger Bay. 🐅

Paul has done it — and what an adventure it’s been. Barry and I were lucky enough to walk alongside him for much of the journey (840km between us!), helping out where we could with photos, videos, navigation and the tiger van. Mostly, we just tried to keep the show on the road.

It’s been exhausting, inspiring, occasionally chaotic — and absolutely worth it.

Thank you so much to those who have donated already, you are wonderful!

But we haven’t quite reached our target yet, if anyone else out there would consider donating, that would be wonderful. Every penny really does help.
