Day 7 of Movember.

Did you know that in 2020, in England and Wales alone, 5,224 people committed su***de. 3,925 of those were men. Three quarters of all su***des were men! This could be for many of reasons. These include the "suck it up, be a man" attitude. The "men don't cry" stigma. Likely they didn't have a friend, a family member or anyone they could turn to.

Let's raise awareness for men's mental health. Let's raise awareness for all mental health. We know we've all had that time where we'd just wish, at the one moment in time where you'd have talked, that someone, anyone would have asked "are you OK?"
