A quick thank you to all those who supported Combat Stress for the gruelling weighted 3 lap fan dance hike at the weekend. Covering over 102,000 steps with 60lbs of kit to carry climbing over 3000m of altitude with extra distance added totalling 77kms / 48 miles. Great news, over the several pots we raised over £800.

Doing this event with COVID was not a wise idea as it made it much harder but I got my head down and got through it. Legs are definitely telling me I've done it. 🤣 Here are a few pictures of the day before, during and after.

After a few weeks of prom shoots and key sporting events, this weekend is something different. At midnight I will be fundraising for a fabulous charity called Combat Stress who helps soldiers with much valued PTSD counselling.

For some that know, one of the most famous military routes is the 15 mile SAS fan dance with 2 ascents of Pen Y Fan. Well, I'm doing 3 in a day covering 45 miles and 6 ascents with weighted kit making it a Long drag. To donate to a great cause please jump onto my insta where I have links to donate direct.
