utlook on life is at the very heart of my style of photography. I'm looking for happiness in my images, your happiness, the happiness of your family and friends. My philosophy is incredibly simple...I capture joyful moments and emotions, my pictures tell a story, your story. I studied Graphic Design and Photography at Salford University in the mid 1990's, before that I went to art school at Oldham College. I live in Failsworth, Manchester with my wife and twin boys. I'm lucky, I have a loving family and great friends, that's all I need, I think everything else in this life is a bonus. Away from photography I'm a pretty simple guy really - I enjoy sport, music, art, history and travel.

Huge congratulations to Meghann & Nick who were married on Saturday at the super-cool King Street Townhouse bang in the centre of Manchester! 😎

It’s always a pleasure to work at this superb wedding venue which is actually one of the closest to my house as I only live 15 minutes down the road.

Meghann is Canadian and it was fantastic to see so many guests make the journey over to the UK to help the newlyweds celebrate. 🇨🇦

I’ve been blessed with some belting weddings so far this month, and I’ve still got two more to photograph this weekend before May is over.

On Saturday I’m down the road in Manchester city centre at the super cool and on Sunday I’m back at the stunning in Clitheroe. Bring it on! 😎
