Over the last year I’ve really struggled with my mental health. Therapy has helped, but more so has having a friend to talk to. Unfortunately there are always people who give up on you if you’re struggling, but equally there are people who will sit and have a brew and a chat. Be the brew person not the other one if anyone you know is struggling 👍
