BBC Bitesize 2025 🎤

I spent 2 working days this month at two local high schools, talking all things green careers and promoting The Woodland Trust. It was great fun, getting the kids involved, asking questions and excited about their futures, and how brilliant that one of the two schools was my own high school Joeys!!!

Three Towers Fundraising Trek 🗻

Vice-chair Katie spent 14 hours on Saturday on the West Pennine SSSI moors, head to our bio to donate to support our youth campaign to protect ancient woodlands 🌱

The West Pennine Moors are close to my heart and last month I decided to challenge myself to do the Three Towers Hike, a famous long distance route from Rivington Pike to Darwen Tower to Peel Monument then back to rivi!
I’m fundraising as part of the challenge for the youth campaign AWUK. The funds will go towards our 2025 plans for a stakeholder meeting to further our progression for full ancient woodlands protection.
