We are a full-service video production house offering pre-production, filming, post-production (including audio) and commercial drone services. Jamie and Sarah love combining their creative skills with outdoor adventure and are passionate about promoting the physical and mental health benefits of being in the outdoors. With a full remote set-up, we travel the length and breadth of the UK and Europe, shooting on location and working with the best software to deliver stunning content for clients time and time again. We have a state-of-the art editing suite and broadcast standard vocal booth at FLYTE HQ. We were recently asked by May at Round Island Cottages to capture a full suite of professional photography of the private island, the beach, woodlands and holiday cottages.

7x19 recently approached us to produce a brand new showreel for them.

They needed to update their existing showreel to:
- Better reflect who they are
- The projects they’re delivering
- The quality of work they’re now able to showcase.

After plenty of planning time, we produced new custom motion graphics for them including a new logo animation, text on screen and graphic elements.

We then sorted through their extensive library of footage and selected the best clips to be used. Once the visuals had been brought together, we added music and sound effects.

It was great to visit Southampton Boat Show today to see our clients Western Marinas and Broadreach Sailing on their stands.

Western Marina's stand features both a custom show video and our photography, and Broadreach Sailing's stand features a custom show video we produced for them.

Having an eye-catching, well thought out stand featuring professional photography makes such a difference! Plus, having a video playing on your stand gives people a chance to see what you do in action.

Also this week, our clients 7x19 are exhibiting at IAAPA ESA with a stand featuring a new showreel we recently produced for them.

Filming on a private island...how did we do it?

We were recently asked to film and photograph Round Island, to create video content and photography for its marketing channels.

Round Island features three holiday cottages, a private beach, woodland areas, roaming peacocks and is only accessible by boat.

Yesterday we travelled by boat over to Round Island for a photo and video shoot.

We spent a full day capturing lots of beautiful content ready for their new marketing campaign. This private island is a stunning, unspoilt gem in Poole Harbour, accessible only by boat and featuring three holiday cottages.

Thank you to all of the fantastic models (including the peacocks!) for making it such an enjoyable day. And special thanks to the Round Island team for looking after us all so well.

We've been celebrating the end of summer with Watchet Summertime!

This fantastic community event in the Somerset town of Watchet is an essential part of the calendar and we love capturing it for Western Marinas, whose marina is a BIG part of the town and community.

Working in partnership and collaboration with the town, the marina hosts visiting boats over the week long event, helping to boost the local economy and keep the town thriving.

Planning and filming a video is actually a smaller part of the process than you might think...

Once we have captured footage, we then spend time ingesting, organising and selecting the best clips. This then goes into the video editing timeline.

We then create the story (arguably the most important part), creating a compelling narrative that keeps the viewer interested. Once that's completed, we then add b-roll footage over that to help tell the story visually.

We then add any custom motion graphics, including lower thirds, bugs, text on screen etc. Next up is musicsand sound effects - an underrated and often overlooked element in video production.
