There are many benefits to being a member - just ask us. We are a small friendly club of individuals interested in photography based in the Forest of Dean. Meetings are at Viney St Swithins Sports and Social club on Monday evenings from September to April at 7.15pm, and monthly during the summer months (May – August) at the Rising Sun in Moseley Green, Parkend on the Second Monday of each month. This Monday, the 7th September is the start of the Camera Clubs 2026/27 season. Everyone is welcome to come ( free of charge) to the first meeting at Viney Hill Sports and Social club, 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start. There will be lots going on with an introduction to the club and what we get up to, the programme for the coming year, mini demonstrations and most importantly a chance for potential new members to meet existing members, to ask questions and decide if full membership is for you. And that is just £40 for the year with a £3 admission fee for each meeting.

The Forest of Dean Camera Club will soon be putting on a major display of photographs at the Dean Heritage Centre. The exhibition will be open from September the 12th to November 28th. Do pop along and have a look. Also, the Camera club meets every Monday evening 7.00pm at Viney Hill Sports Club their 2026/27 season starts 7th September new members very welcome.
