"We've been coming to Picture Studios for 19 years, and every single experience has been fantastic. Most recently, my three girls decided they wanted to do an "awkward sibling photo" session, and honestly, it was one of the most fun photo shoots we've ever had. The whole session was full of laughter and giggles, and the team made everyone feel completely relaxed and comfortable.
When we viewed the photos afterwards, we were all in fits of laughter – they captured the fun and personalities of the girls perfectly. I originally thought we'd just take advantage of the complimentary session and free print, but the photos were so brilliant that I ended up purchasing far more than I intended!
The service from start to finish was impeccable. Everyone was kind, thoughtful and incredibly helpful, and the turnaround for the prints was impressively quick. I was also so touched when they included an extra print I'd really loved, along with a lovely little wallet-sized print, as complimentary additions. Those thoughtful touches meant so much.
Thank you to Matt and the whole team for another wonderful experience. After 19 years, Picture Studios still consistently delivers beautiful photographs and outstanding customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."
