😎SUN, FUN & HISTORY AT ASHDOWN WWII CAMP😎

Antonia and Lawrence, what a pleasure to be your photographers for your day yesterday. You both looked incredible (Antonia brought a little tear to my eye when she put her dress on!) and you organised the PERFECT day for you, your family and your many friends. The sun shone (maybe a little too much 🤣) and the military vehicles gave you the best backdrop. A few firsts:
First time we have had greek food at a wedding and it was YUM!!
First time at Ashdown WW2 Camp
First time being up close and personal to a tank!

We loved hearing the stories about military vehicles and steam railways from your guests too.

🥰BACK TO WORLD WAR II FOR THIS ONE🥰

What an absolute blast we have had at the wedding of Antonia and Lawrence today. I couldn't wait to get home to get a couple of photos up for them. We had an amazing display of military vehicles at Ashdown WW2 Camp along with a bunch of really really lovely people. More to come tomorrow but here are a few to give you a taste of what a treat they are in for.

Happy Big Birthday Ben (BRS Wedding Films). Who would have thought that linking up at that first wedding would have resulted in so many memories. Working together, playing golf together (with Kev!) and socialising together (along with Kay). Have a fabulous birthday. Pretty sure you’ll have a little bit of a sore head today after last night. 😂

Look who played their part in Becky and Tom’s big day!

💚FUN AND LAUGHTER AT JODIE AND JAKE'S WEDDING💚

We made it! Four weddings in increasingly hot temperatures but we are out the other side having had amazing days with gorgeous couples. So Jodie and Jake, where do I start?! We have known Jodie for many years as she has not only been a guest at weddings we have photographed but she also works at one of the venues where we work regularly. So when they chose us to capture their day at Wroxton House Hotel we were honoured.

Honestly this pair did not stop smiling and having fun and when we left they were partying hard already. Fair play to them and to their guests as when we got in the car it was still 30 degrees.

We loved seeing lots of people we knew from past weddings and and can't wait to see Jodie and Jake for their premiere soon.

🥵HOT HOT HOT AT BIRTSMORTON COURT🥵

Boy it was hot yesterday! The third wedding of four this Bank Holiday week working alongside BRS Wedding Films and it was such a pleasure. We had photographed Sophie and Alex's friends' wedding back in 2018 and it was a real honour that they chose us to capture their's too. We had swords (there was a story behind this!). We had a cracking MC, thanks Isaac. A fabulous team at this gorgeous venue. A choir that sang during the signing of the schedule. Bubble aisle walk. And so much more. It was full on and busy but we captured it all.

🌞WE WILL BOOK OUR WEDDING FOR MAY AS IT WON'T BE HOT THEN!!🌞

Whoops! The English weather strikes again. It doesn't matter what month you choose you can end up with nothing like you expected.

The gorgeous Holly and Emilio sure weren't expecting the heat of yesterday but what happened as a result was a beautiful relaxed wedding day with guests relaxing on the lawn at the stunning Plum Park Manor.

A special moment...they planned a little time-out as the guests were being seated for the wedding breakfast to have a little dance to the music played by Nigel Hammond Music. Great that we were working with Ben from BRS Wedding Films again as he was able to capture this too.
