Back in Stratford. Naturally, I find myself drawn to the haunting beauty of St John’s church again.

Some things never change. My Scorpio soul simply cannot resist a good gothic spire and a bit of history. It feels like a homecoming of sorts. The stone walls hold so many secrets. I wonder if the shadows missed me as much as I missed them?

Last Friday had a certain gravity to it. I caught St John’s Church looking particularly imposing under that heavy sky. There is something about Gothic architecture in monochrome that makes Stratford feel centuries away from the city rush. It was a proper mood.
