What if realism isn’t what creates connection in fashion branding?

I spent a long time making this fashion film look real.
The movement worked.
The polish worked.

And it still didn’t move me.

That was the lesson.

AI is excellent at speed and efficiency in content production.
And for some fashion brands, that’s enough.

But emotional connection is a different branding problem to solve.

Realism doesn’t automatically create trust.
And speed doesn’t automatically create feeling.

In fashion and luxury branding,
emotion lives in narrative, tension, and what’s left unresolved.

This is where brands need to be careful.
And intentional.
