I’m a child of the 80’s. Every room in our house was wallpapered in Laura Ashley print. All the curtains in sewn by mum. She sat at the dining room table making curtains and duvets covers with matching pillowcases and scanning, thanks Sadie Catt 💕

2 Day Photography into Painting Workshop

A 2 day workshop with photographer Jennifer Pattison and Kirsten Norbury

Course dates:

Starts: Thursday 6th and Friday 7th August

Times: 10 - 4pm (with a break for lunch)

Materials: A materials list will be sent to you via email.

Fee: £295 (for 2 days)

Have you ever taken a photograph of a scene you loved, only to find it doesn’t make a particularly good painting?

This friendly two-day workshop will help you understand what makes a good painting reference, how to take stronger photographs, and how to turn those photographs into more successful paintings.

Perfect for beginners through to intermediate painters, you’ll learn how to see like both a photographer and a painter.
