COURT OUTCOME | JUSTICE SERVED

Deng Chol Majek has today been sentenced to life in prison with a minimum term of 29 years for the murder of Rhiannon Whyte.
Majek followed Rhiannon after she finished work, tracked her to a deserted railway station platform, and carried out a brutal knife attack that left her with fatal injuries. Rhiannon later died in hospital. She was a young mother, and her family’s loss is unimaginable.
The sentence was handed down at Coventry Crown Court.

🕯️ Rest in peace, Rhiannon.
⚖️ Justice has been delivered.
