R O S E A L L D A Y // Hot summer days call for cool rosé, and this coral-pink offering from Viña Real is perfect.

The subtle colour is thanks to the blend of 70% Viura and 30% Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes, while its fresh floral notes and red fruit ripeness mean it’s the ideal sip with which to start our evening.

We never made it to this stunning modern winery in Laguardia when we were last in Spain, but it’s high on the list for our next visit!
