The Royal Pavilion in Brighton was constructed as a seaside pleasure palace for King George IV. It evolved through three distinct stages from a simple lodging house into an exotic Indo-Saracenic masterpiece. This transformation is evident in its iconic onion domes and minarets.

Some shots from my visit to the Venus Garden at Windsor castle. 🏰 🇬🇧
The photos don’t do it justice, the scale of the castle from the garden, which is not often seen on visits is enormous. 🤩
The planting scheme has been thought through, thinking of the hotter summers to come, along with many plants that cater to the pollinators. 🐝 🦋
I particularly love the sculptures around the edge of the garden by Hubert Le Sueur, originally crafted for 
Charles I in the 1630s 😍

Keystone Crescent has the smallest radius of any crescent in Europe and is unique in having a matching outer and inner circle.
Situated one block away from King’s Cross station in London, and it was completed in 1846. 😍
