Love, but make it immersive.

This Valentine’s showcase at the V&A East Storehouse was less about a theme and more about a feeling. Rich velvet draping, candlelit tables, champagne coupes within arm’s reach and guests genuinely enjoying every moment of it.

From cocktails in the Welcome Lobby to dining beneath centuries of creative history in the Central Hall, the evening felt layered, theatrical and completely transportive. Hand calligraphed es**rt cards displayed on a wall of bows. Half a million works of art surrounding dinner. Exclusive access to the Bowie archive. And then an after party transformation complete with heart shaped disco magic.

But what made it special? The people.
The conversations.
The laughter.
The way a space can shift energy when the right team brings it to life.

Events like this are a reminder that great design sets the tone, but great atmosphere is created by the experience.

I know I'm this nosey 👀

Thought I'd take you behind the scenes of a Personal Branding Shoot for a wedding planner client.

One of things I love about being a photographer is the variety my job brings to my days.

I've never wanted to pigeon hole myself, and as much as I LOVE photographing weddings (it's where it all began for me!) it feels good to test my creativity and confidence in other areas. It ultimately makes me a better and more skilled photographer.

Ultimate, I love working with people, telling your stories whether that's creating lasting memories or capturing you in a way that works for your business.

I once saw a piece of advice that said to find your niche and to not try to do it all, because if you do that, you'll be mediocre rather than a 'master' in one thing.

WELL, I couldn't disagree more with this. I suppose my 'mastery' is working with all types of people and making people feel comfortable in front of the camera. And then I apply it to all areas of photography, for clients or businesses. 💥
