You can tell a lot about a personfrom how they deal with life wins and losses

I can honestly say through all the tough times, I stillenjoyed it, even when it was hard I was still grateful tohave the opportunity for it to be hard.

It was easy for me to realise that there are people in amuch worse situation than me, so how could Icomplain?

There are people out there that would trade placeswith your "hard life" in a heartbeat.

If you decide to make this shift, life will get muchbetter for you, and you can take that to the bank.

I have come to realise that thephrase "build strong foundations" doesn't meanmuch these days...

It's likely the reason why you're seeing the issues anddrama with prop firms.

You have people that would vouch through the rooffor a prop firm, then as soon as the firm gets heat,you see them almost pretend nothing is happening.

This is a huge problem if you follow people that gowhere the wind blows.

I mentioned above about foundations because, whenyou see the side effect now or not building for thefuture, this is what you get.

I'm shocked you are seeing heavy payout denials,more traders getting banned etc.

It's only going to get harder.

We built for the future for situations like this.

Never take shortcuts, it will come back to bite you.

It's amazing what habits you can start to build in justone month...

Imagine if you were operating at 80-90% of yourpotential for the rest of the year.

Your average person is working at about 40% andthat just won't cut it to be successful.

You have to do the extra.

I have a question for all traders...

Can you survive the prop firm changes?

Do you even understand what that means...

This is less about do you have the mindset toovercome it, i'm referring to a technical issue.

We have already seen many firms let you know inadvance that they will just ban you for XYZ reason.

It's about to get a whole lot stricter and the tradersthat have managed to gamble there way to 7 figureswill come unstuck real quick.

So when we talk about sustainability for years, this ispart of what we mean, traders at Falcon won't havethat issue.

Firstly, they have accessan in house fund that isleaps and bounds ahead of your average prop firmand on route to 100m goal in the next 3 years.

Secondly, we have always taught traders to becomeconsistent without teaching them gambling habitsthat might work sometimes.

As the years go by, it makes me realise even more sohow unique the Falcon system really is, especiallywith the changes we made with Falcon mechanics,it's a game changer for any trader that wants to tradethe same way for decades without having toconstantly change the way they trade.

Listen guys, the last position you want to be in, ishaving access to prop firm capital at scale that youcan't make money from because if you attempt tomake money how you usually would, then you'll getbanned or denied pavouts. so the capital becomes useless

Loyalty is rare to find.

Ina space where people go where the wind blows.

Ego destroys a lot of people that fail to acknowledgewho helped them.

Your ego will tell you, that you did it all by yourself.

I have never understood this mentality, as you onlycheat yourself.

I certainly didn't achieve my goals all by myself, I hadplenty of help along the way and i'm eternally gratefulfor this.

Falcon isn't where is just because of me, I have aworld class team that is loyal to the mission, becausethat's what loyalty means. It doesn't mean dosomething when it's suits you, you commit to thevalues and principles of the mission.

Don't settle for anyone around that shows disrespector disloyalty.

We stand stronger when we have strong supportfrom others around us, we are not stronger innumbers but in the quality of the numbers

21 days into MMM and we are flying

The moment you decide to make a change it happensin an instant.

The results then follow.

In the community, we have an insane amount ofmomentum building and the results that come off theback of it will be unmatched.

It is more difficult to not get results when you performhow they are performing.

Very proud of what I am seeing and how much of along lasted impact this will make for the rest of theyear.

We still have 8 more days to go, make them count

This mastermind originated from a thought, wasjournaled down and finally materialised into anunforgettable experience.
