Duncan Stingemore : Camera & Photography Freelance Lighting Camera & Photographer for TV, Film & Video. I have a degree in Film and have completed camera courses at NFTS and DV Talent.

Over the past 6 years I have filmed numerous factual series and documentaries for BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5, as well as commercial and corporate projects, award-winning independent films and music videos. I have worked all across the UK & Europe with a huge range of camera systems, filmed underwater, against green screen and at high frame rates for super slow motion.

Our 4 part documentary series The Flight Attendant Murders is now available to stream in its entirety on Channel 4.

It tells the story of 4 female flight attendants who were murdered in Texas in the late 70s & early 80s while working for the same airline and examines the possible connections between their deaths.

Our Bear Grylls episode is out tonight which is exciting enough for me to come out of instagram retirement 🤩 Filming on Bear’s island was a whirlwind and a team effort and as the pics show involved a lot of lugging equipment! I’m very grateful to everyone who helped me set up the shoot, especially ! And the crew for all of the physical effort, for being much more than just a seagull filmer and to Bear who was even kind enough to recce with us (see the interview could have been on a wall…) We also filmed at Bear’s Gone Wild Festival so here’s a never before seen snap of filming there eating a pizza 👍

The documentary that I shot in February, Bad Influencer: The Great Insta Con is now available to stream on BBC iPlayer. It charts the rise and fall of one of Instagram’s first super-influencers, Australian wellness guru Belle Gibson.

By the age of 23 Belle had cultivated an adoring global following online after posting that she was successfully treating her own terminal cancer by eating a plant-based diet and using alternative natural therapies. It was soon discovered though that she had fabricated the entire story.

Last year I filmed a documentary called Being Muslim with director .ad which is on BBC One tonight.

It’s about birth, childhood, coming of age, love, marriage, parenthood, grief, death and everything beyond.
