Some couples do a tasteful drinks reception and call it a night. Owen & Jasmine are not those couples. Chelsea Town Hall for the ceremony, The Railway in Putney for the rest of it — and "the rest of it" very much delivered. They set the bar high, and then [ahem] drank it...
