Last weekend I went to a district conference as the photographer — ready to capture headshots, portraits and the energy of the day. Then I was pulled on stage for a table topics challenge and found myself sharing a childhood “buttered bread” memory. Unexpected? Absolutely. Memorable? Even more so.
Being behind the lens taught me something familiar in a new way: authenticity and a little humour connect people faster than the perfect pose. That’s what I aim for with every headshot and event I cover in Croydon and across London — making clients feel comfortable, confident and real.
