🛡️ MAKING OUR EVENTS SAFER FOR YOU!

From 2027, all of our outdoor events and festivals will feature a brand-new Event Operations Centre, conveniently located at the entrance to the event site.

Our Event Operations Centre will serve as the central hub for all operational support services, providing visitors with access to assistance and support throughout their event experience to prevent you having to walk around the event site looking for first aid or other support services.

The centre will be housed within a large, dedicated white marquee, staffed by our DBS-checked personnel, event management team and operational support staff.

Whether you require event information, medical assistance, security support, help with a missing person or assistance with lost property, our team will be on hand to help.

Your safety, wellbeing and enjoyment remain our priority. We look forward to welcoming you to our events in 2027.
