To be asked to shoot this epic fairytale cake for Shakespeare's Globe, crafted by the lovely & incredibly talented GBBO’s Steven Carter-Bailey was just the DREAM! 💫 Before every shoot I say ‘let’s make some magic’, so you could just say this was a little bit of me. The final masterpiece took 2 whole days to retouch, with every teeny tiny detail perfected, down to each grain of icing sugar (yes, I was in heaven).

… You know I’ll always be back for Christmas! 😉 Wow, what a year. I’ve been taking some time to focus on my newest little adventure in fitness instructing, and absolutely loving it. Though that’s not to say I haven’t worked on some fabulous food photography jobs this year! Starting with this shoot for VFM, a catering company who are changing the food scene in the construction industry, and providing high quality and nutritious food to construction workers. Was blown away by these restaurant quality dishes! (Also making me v excited for my Christmas dinner)
