🍋 Bringing a little bit of the Amalfi Coast to London.

I recently photographed a series of Amalfi-inspired dishes and classes for Pasta Evangelists UK , centred around fresh pasta, bright citrus flavours and that effortless feeling of Italian summer.

The brief wasn’t simply to photograph food. It was to create imagery that captured an experience and a sense of place.

Some shoots are about showing what’s on the plate. Others are about making you feel like you’ve already booked the flight.

A proper festive spread, style 🎄🍝

These were shot for their seasonal menu, leaning hard into rich sauces, winter flavours, and food that actually wants to be eaten while it’s cold outside. From squash and chestnut agnolotti to truffle and burrata soli, plus a vegan nut roast lasagne that absolutely holds its own.

Always love projects where the brief is basically “make it feel indulgent and comforting” and then trust you to deliver. And sticking with tradition, this was shot in summer.

Fresh out of the fryer 🍩

There’s something very satisfying about watching dough turn into doughnuts. Golden, soft, and still warm enough to fog the lens. Sugar dusted classics, glossy chocolate tops, and that perfect moment in between.

Fried, golden, and made for sharing feels very on theme this time of year 🕯️
Whether it’s a stack on the table or one straight from the tray, these don’t hang around for long.
