The way they curl into you like they already know.
The weight of them. The warmth.
The way the whole world gets smaller and bigger all at once.
These first few weeks are unlike anything else.
Quiet and overwhelming and so unbearably beautiful.
You won’t remember all of it.
But you can hold onto the feeling.
