HOUSE & GARDEN: The Slow Trilogy / Lifestyle Shoot

The best things in life are never rushed. ✨
Aoibheann MacNamara has spent decades shaping a life of patience, beauty and authenticity, from slow food to ethical fashion.

In this month’s October issue of House & Garden, Pamela Goodman explores Aoibheann’s 22 years in Galway, on Ireland’s wild west coast. 🌊 She shares her love of food, textiles, and her newest chapter, a retreat in the Burren National Park, County Clare.

To step into Aoibheann’s world was to taste, to listen, to walk by the sea, and to glimpse a life lived with intention. 🍃
My first shoot in the green heart of Ireland; an honour and a joy. 🇮🇪

Pick up your copy today and discover the rhythm of Aoibheann’s Slow Trilogy.

ELLE DECORATION 🇬🇧: Make them blush

In a former church hall, opulent finishes and a love of pink grounded by tactile, sustainable choice.

✨ In this month’s Elle Decoration, founders Sophie Scott () and Georgina Key () of Studio Skey share the transformation of a former East London church hall into a glamorous, liveable family home.

Once a social club, the grand four-storey space now dazzles with pink onyx and bronze in the bar, marble fireplaces, vintage Venetian chandeliers, and bespoke furniture by Costantini Design.

To balance the drama with warmth, the designers layered textures, zoned spaces, and used rich pink and terracotta tones throughout.

The result? A bold, characterful home that’s luxurious yet grounded — designed with heart, collaboration, and a playful edge.

Architecture Magazine: Reinventing Cobourg House

What was once a pub basement is now Cobourg’s stunning new HQ.✨

Director David Hancock led the transformation of Cobourg House in Leeds into a light-filled, Scandinavian-inspired workspace that perfectly reflects the brand’s identity.

Blending sustainable design with original historic features, the office redefines what a commercial space can be — bold, spacious, and full of character.

“We wanted a space that breaks the mould — something unique that tells our story,” says David.

A brilliant example of how thoughtful design can elevate both function and identity.

Participants include countries, cities, territories, organisations, and individual designers from across the globe.

Here are Dezeen’s key installations not to miss:

From a diverse and compelling lineup, Forbes has selected nine standout pavilions—ranging from a dress made of paper and fossil-based speakers to the earliest known organisational chart, created by New York Railways in 1855. Highlights include:
