Shoots from earlier this year when long days and the sun didn’t feel like a distant memory.

I’d been aiming to shoot with a team GB record holding Paralympian for some time, we finally managed to make it happen, high tailing it over to the NIAC after an interiors shoot in Cardiff. Got some absolutely solid results in a short window she had free between training sessions. Always amazes me how much you can get out of a small timeframe when your initial plan was to spend at least twice as long doing a shoot.

Each year I take shots at I try to set myself some form of mini project. Set a goal to capture something a-bit different.

I often go in full gusto on this and wanted to take abit more of a casual approach this year, just see what crops up while I’m there.

The change of skatepark layout also prompted this, it just changes how you can interact with a space when you already have something specific in mind, a bit more of a relaxed approach seems to have been a winner tho 🤙🏻

Always a treat getting to follow around and shoot some of your favourite bladers in the game, one of Phillys finest on the warm ups🛼✋🏻👊🏻🛼

Hankeys, sticks, tights. bells, pantaloons and a merry jig for the win! I also saw a silver goblet made an appearance at one point which will always get extra points!

Had something a bit different in mind for this set of shots, hadn’t initially intended on shooting past dusk but leaned into it and it seemed to bring a little something something. Just letting Morris be its thing! Always a nice surprise in store when you just roll with what’s presented to you.

Was an absolute pleasure to spend an afternoon / eve shooting the with a some additions from , & Looking like a bunch of absolute bosses! Everyone brought their A game, love a moody group shot! Do kind of get a buzz when you realise you need an additional light and manage to get the power spot on right off the bat

It’s amazing where you can find a spot of inspiration for a shoot from.

On a recent corporate shoot one of the attendees spoke about her hobby, Morris Dancing, after a bit of chat this got me into having an instagram dive into all things Morris and then the algorithm did its thing, out of no where you find out you already know someone thats bang into that sweet Morris life! A bit of a thinkie poos a few texts then voilà its in the diary.

Definitely some potential for some more projects about the more obscure British pass times thinking about it how many of the interesting ones aren’t a-bit different.

Big ups for giving the time & the blade fam always full of surprises, yes .e for helping organise 👊🏻
