We’ve been working back-to-back on documenting some fascinating projects since the start of the year - all in places that we’ve never visited before.
With each one, we’ve become immersed within the group - gradually building respect and trust through shared hardship, allowing us to move in that beautiful space where you’re genuinely experiencing something new together.
In , we bikepacked through the Black Hills - a sacred land known as Ȟe Sápa to the displaced native Lakota Sioux.
We learned about their history of conflict with settlers, learnt traditional dances in The Badlands with the Oglala Lakota and explored their deep-rooted connection to place.
In , we journeyed through Kenai and Katmai NP’s taking a deep-dive into the lifecycle of sockeye salmon and their importance as a keystone species.
We met with Yup’iq elders, got hands on with stream regeneration, looked at subsistence vs commercial fishing, bear populations and the controversial Pebble Mine project.
was a private client trip so can’t say too much except pyramids, tombs and an immersive murder mystery 🤫
To the new friends we’ve met along the way - thank you and we can't wait to share more with you soon!
