Almost 2 years ago this was the first photo I took with my new Canon 77D.

Taken on the top of Avala mountain, a half hour drive from Belgrade.

The multiple reflections at sunset are also thanks to the black granite of the Monument to the Unknown Hero, built in 1934-1938 on the place where an unknown Serbian World War I soldier was buried.

New way around the limited portrait size.
Still amazed that portrait sized photos, which fit perfect on mobile phones, can not be posted full size on IG and here I thought this was an app for photographers!

But I saw a solution where another photographer posted both: the resized version and the full sized composition as a second.

Would you swipe to the right to see the original?

Ps. This is the magical beauty of Milford Sound in New Zealand at sunrise.

Still my favourite toilet experience in the world πŸ˜‰

This was the outhouse behind our lake cabin in Maine 2 years ago. A bit cold to go but so worth it.

And now for something completely else, before I get back to autumn colours!
Since a couple of weeks I own a Xiaomi Note 10 and it's cameras (6 and 108mp) keep amazing me. So much that during normal light conditions I don't even take my dslr camera and lenses with me.
Was wondering with what camera and phone you mostly shoot?

This is a frosty morning photo from the roof tiles on an old mountain house in the Tara National Park in Western Serbia.
Ps. I have this as a wallpaper on said phone and it's a very non-disturbing background. If interested DM me so I can send you full version!

Loved this tree next to the old barn where I chopped wood for the days I stayed there.
Waited until Golden hour to capture it in all its glory. Well, half of its glory on the ground that is πŸ˜‰

2 years ago we made an awe-inspiring roadtrip thru colorful Maine and we were planning to do this again this year, but guess that has to wait another year...

Thinking about the people in the US and hope this bs is over fast and the country can finally move forward.

Stay safe and enjoy your weekend!

Since 1930 (!!!) the biggest Orthodox temple in Belgrade, Saint Sava, has been under construction. Wars and financial problems delayed construction, but now after 85 years it is almost complete.

This interior, consisting of 15 million mosaic pieces was the last to be completed and took over 4 years for mainly Russian craftsmen to be made.

This photo hardly does justice to the masterpiece it has become.

This is the river Drina dividing Serbia (left) and Bosnia (right).

Funny fact a local told me is that Robert De Niro named his adopted daughter Drena after he visited this beautiful part of the world.

Have an amazing weekend!
