Back in January I spent a few days in the Alicante region, meeting a select group of incredible 'Grandmother Chefs' for EasyJet Traveller Magazine. I just love the Spanish hospitality that I receive on these trips - I'm always made to feel super welcome, and to top it all I get to chow down on some incredible Michelin-starred food at the end of the shoot.
