The original Fun Lovin' Criminal () inside the jail cell at the old space.
came to visit prior to the release of his debut solo album 'Saudade'. The double LP released in November 2019 is a collection of compositions he wrote over the years before eventually deciding to share them with the world. Unlike the FLC stuff, this is all about synthesizers
- a love of his sparked by hearing Vangelis' Chariots of Fire at the age of 8. What a great record to put on on a rainy day while feeling sentimental or nostalgic... did exactly that earlier on 🙇‍♂️🎧👌

Next Saturday I'll be releasing a brand new session with Berne (). They came to Below the Surface to record on the last ever day at the original space in Streatham police station. Their superbly crafted songs not only sound beautiful but also aim to inspire people to make our planet a better place - check them out! 💚🌍💪⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
