We are a photographic duo based in our studio in Walthamstow, East London. We specialize in still life advertising and editorial photography. We’re looking for a new tenant to come and join our friendly set up in Blackhorse Mews.It’s a very friendly, relaxed workspace, most are in 1-3 days per week.
It's a 5-10 minute walk from Blackhorse Lane tube station. Wood Street Coffee is really close and does excellent (you guessed it) coffee and food. It's really handy. Gas photographic rental is also very close, again super useful for any extra kit/coloramas etc.
At present there are five photographers mainly working in still life and one architect using the shared desk spaces downstairs. Tenants have the choice of either renting a desk space or desk space with four days per month photographic studio access. Additional days access can be arranged if required. A couple of the existing tenants are on a desk space only contract and then take advantage of reduced studio rental rates as and when required.
We have access to two car parking spaces on site, allocated on a first come first served basis - studio access is arranged through a shared calendar.
Rent is all inclusive. Premises are alarmed and secure. 24 hour access. Light, heat, water, fully fitted kitchen (see pics), kettle, oxygen, internet - all the good stuff. We recently fitted air-con into the shoot space. It's pretty sweet.

Cost desk space only @ £175 PCM (Ex-VAT) - £210 PCM (VAT inc)
Cost desk space and four days PCM photographic studio access @ £290 PCM (Ex-VAT - £348 PCM (VAT inc)
One months deposit required. Payment due on the 1st of each month.

Dimensions of photography studio
4.2 meters wide(until stairwell), 3.2 meters thereafter and 10 meters in length please take a gander at the attached snaps. We have one free desk spaces with or without studio access. There's also space in equipment cupboard to store an amount of kit.
Would suit photographer/graphic designer/architect - that kind of thing.
