I decided to start this blog in the beginning of 2014 when it suddenly hit me how time is flying by and we take things for granted. The purpose of this blog is to do something new every 52 weeks of the year, regardless of what it is. I created Catch 52 to record my activities and to motivate me to tick off my own bucket list, thereby hopefully inspire others to do the same.

Got my hands on the famous Beef Wellington at by which landed in London earlier this year 🥩.

The famous Beef Wellington was the dish I was most excited about having 😍. The beef was tender & beautifully cooked, wrapped in that golden, flaky pastry - delicious.

Beyond the food, Hell’s Kitchen is very stylish and very much part of the Gordon Ramsay experience if you’re a fan 🔥| lnvite

Pumpkin Spice everything . I’ve been everywhere in London this autumn in the search for my perfect Pumpkin Spice fix and nobody does it better than Tomtom.

Their Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Pancakes & Pumpkin Bar 10/10. Incredible 🧡

Beautiful Michelin-starred 7-course tasting menu at .theowo ⭐️.

The menu was all about tomatoes, with each course showing a completely different way to use the ingredient. From meat and seafood to vegetarian dishes and desserts, everything was so creative and beautifully done.

Fine dining at its best, especially with the w**e pairing 🍷. The whole evening felt unhurried, luxurious and beautiful.

And congratulations to Raffles for being named among the World’s 50 Best Hotels. Such a special setting for a very special evening.

Thank you for having me as your guest ✨🫶.

Kewpie Mayo has a free pop up in London for this weekend only, and I had to get my Egg Sando fix 🤤.

This is my all time favourite mayo - their mayo is so creamy, rich, and has this delicious egg umami flavour. Soo goood, and needless to say the Sando was amazing, it gave me my much needed Japan fix.

If you didn’t visit today make sure you catch them tomorrow for their sando, merch, photo ops and tastings.

Covent Garden Piazza, London. FREE ENTRY 11am - 6pm.

Checked in for a very special birthday weekend at the .osaka 🥂.

We stayed in a King Premium room on the 28th floor, with a dreamy view of Osaka. The room is so spacious, beautiful, and comfortable.

The room came with access to the Club lounge that’s on the same floor, and I lost count how many times we popped in here whether it was for breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails or canapés.

My birthday evening was spent at their panoramic bar Adee, followed by a beautiful dinner at Noka - a semi-buffet restaurant with a gorgeous core grill menu and rotating seasonal buffet selection.

This is the kind of hotel where you step inside and simply don’t want to leave, 10/10.
