We went to Bath for one night - and it was exactly what we needed.

Long walks through history, unhurried conversations, a beautiful dinner, late-night wandering, and the kind of laughter that only happens when women feel safe with each other.

The next day brought quiet mornings, spa time, and the simple luxury of being looked after - while our husbands took care of home and the children.

Girls’ trips aren’t indulgent.
They’re restorative.

They remind us who we are beyond our responsibilities, and how important it is to pause, reconnect, and return to our lives feeling more ourselves.

Do you make time for trips like this - even short ones?
I’d love to know 🤍

This 2016 trend unlocked so many memories.
It was a truly defining year for me — and this is part 1 of 4 ♥️

2016 was a season of confidence, independence, and becoming.
Life in Dubai. Dressing up, dating, feeling desired.
Being at the top of my career, driving my favourite car, building a life I was proud of, and working alongside inspiring teams who pushed me to grow.

Looking back now, I see a woman who trusted herself, took up space, and allowed life to be big.

These chapters matter.
They shape how we carry ourselves, how we are seen, and how we remember who we are beneath every new role we step into.

This is why I photograph women — not just how they look now, but everything they’ve lived to become who they are today.

Strength you don’t need to prove.

This session was about calm discipline, presence, and the kind of confidence that comes from knowing your body and yourself.

No performance.
No pressure.
Just space to be seen.

This is our Portrait session - I love guiding gently, observing deeply, and allowing strength to reveal itself in stillness.

Therese .ballet grace, discipline, and quiet power. ♥️

Presence isn’t about confidence that shouts.
It’s quieter - it’s the choice to show up and allow yourself to be guided.
You don’t need to see what I see.
You just need to show up and let yourself be seen.

I’ve been looking back at 2025, and what stands out isn’t the number of sessions or portraits.

It’s the stories.

This year, I had the privilege of photographing women who chose to be seen not because they felt ready, but because they decided they were worth it.

The family who slowed down long enough to freeze a moment before their kids grew up.

The mother who looked at her portrait and whispered, “I’m loving these captured moments “

Those are the moments that stay with me.

To the incredible women who worked with me:
- An amazing ballet school helping kids grow with grace and discipline
- A performance and mindset coach showing women what true confidence looks like
- A supportive community keeping families and children active
- A beautiful soul bringing awareness and support to the disabled and special needs community
official founder and Platinum Leader with , transforming lives and empowering women everywhere
- An incredible, supportive community for mums in business and mumpreneurs that feels like home
- A beautiful soul and talented plastic surgeon helping women feel confident in their own skin

2025 was a year of quiet transformations and I’m so grateful you trusted me with your stories.

Here’s to 2026. 🤍

Merry Christmas from my family to yours.
This time of year always makes me pause and feel grateful for the people I get to hold close, for the laughter that fills our home, for the traditions we’re building together.

I’m thinking of the ones who aren’t here with us this year, but who are always with us in our hearts and in our memories. Distance and time don’t change how much they mean to us.

And I’m holding onto the joy of just being together, slowing down, laughing over nothing, and remembering what really matters.

I hope this season brings you moments of warmth, connection, and peace., and I hope you get to spend it with the people who make you feel at home.

Merry Christmas. ✨

One family, three moments captured in one year.
Megan and Charlie came to me in February for their maternity session.
Just the two of them, glowing with anticipation, capturing the quiet before everything changed.
In May, I went to their home for their newborn lifestyle session.
Their baby had arrived, and I photographed them in those early, tender, exhausted, beautiful days...exactly where they were, exactly as they were.
And now, in December, they came back to the studio.
Their baby is sitting up, laughing, reaching for everything.
The nerves from the first session are gone. They’re relaxed because they trust me and it just flows
This is what I love most about what I do... not just capturing one moment, but being invited back to document a family as it grows.
Watching the story unfold.
Building relationships that feel less like photographer and client, and more like old friends.
Thank you, Megan and Charlie, for letting me be part of your story.
It’s been an honour to capture this beautiful first year.
DM me if you’ve been thinking about capturing your family’s journey, I’d love to hear from you.

Family Christmas portrait sessions don’t begin with perfect poses …
They begin with real people, real energy, and real connection.

Parents arrive taking a deep breath.
Children arrive curious and ready to move.
There’s laughter, little questions, and that moment of wondering, “Are we doing this right?”

And the answer is always: yes, exactly right.

I take things slowly and give families time to settle in, to feel comfortable, to forget about the camera.

We talk and laugh and let the kids explore the studiO and just being themselves.

Parents stop checking the camera and start enjoying the moment, holding hands, laughing, and everyone leans a little closer.

That’s when the session stops feeling like a photoshoot and starts feeling like time together.

Those are the moments I photograph because years from now, those images will remind you how it felt.

If you’ve ever hesitated to book a family session because you’re unsure what to expect, this is your reminder:
You don’t need to be perfect.
You just need to be yourselves.

📩 DM me and let’s capture your family, just as you are.

Family Christmas portrait sessions are about more than group photos, they’re about capturing the moments you’ll wish you hadn’t missed.

Not because they’re perfect or look good on a card, but because they’re the ones families come back to years later and say, “I’m so glad we have this.”

The first is the ‘all together’ portrait.
Everyone in one frame, in the same chapter of life.
It seems simple, but it becomes the photo your children show their own children one day, “This was us. That Christmas.”

The second is the candid moment.
The laughter, the chaos, and the tiny gestures that remind you who they were at that age.
These are the pictures that feel real, the moment that capture your family exactly they are, not as you think they should be.

The third is the quiet connection.
The gentle moments that disappear the fastest: a hand held, a forehead kiss, the way your child leans into you when they think no one is looking.

These are the portraits that make you pause years later and remember not just how it looked, but how it felt.

Christmas moves quickly.

But before it’s over, before this version of your family becomes a memory you wish you’d captured, take be present in it.

📸 DM me and let’s capture the future memories to come.

“I just hope the kids behave.”
Almost every parent say this before a Christmas portrait session.

And I always smile because children don’t need to “behave” to create beautiful portraits.
They just need to be themselves.

The most meaningful family moments never come from perfection.
They come from the giggles, from wandering hands, from the way your child leans into you without thinking.

Family portraits matter because these moment that won’t come back.
Your kids at this age.
Your parents while they’re here.
The way your family looks right now, before someone grows up or moves away or life changes in the way it always does.

This Christmas, the gift isn’t just the photos.
It’s the memory of being together and saying, “This is us. Right now. Exactly as we are.”

And one day, that will mean everything.

📩 If this has been on your heart, I’d love to create something meaningful with you. DM me.

One of the most common things I hear from parents before a family portrait session is, “I hope the kids behave.”

And I always smile because children don’t need to “behave” to create beautiful portraits, they just need to be themselves.

The most meaningful family portraits don’t happen when everyone’s sitting perfectly still, hands folded, smiling on command.

They happen when your toddler is giggling at something only they find funny, when your older child is rolling their eyes at a dad joke, when everyone’s just... being a family.

Here’s what actually helps kids feel comfortable during a session:

✨Let them know it’s playtime, not picture time.
I always tell parents: frame it as something fun, not something they have to get through.

“We’re going to play and take some photos” works so much better than “you need to behave for the photographer.”

Bring something familiar. A favourite toy, a beloved book, even a snack they love; these little things help them feel at ease, especially if we’re shooting somewhere new.

And please, let go the idea of “picture perfect.”
You need a connection and “Just be you” is so much more powerful than “sit still and smile.”

The portraits parents treasure most are the ones where their kids look like their kids, not miniature adults on their best behaviour.

Your family doesn’t need to be perfect. It just has to look like your family.

44 feels amazing - like finally recognising that the universe I’ve been entrusted to live in, the universe within myself, is unapologetically beautiful.
Not perfect. Not polished.
But breathtaking in depth, softness, truth, and strength.

Today I celebrate my birthday with a heart full of gratitude.
To everyone who has ever been part of my life, who is here now, and who will join my world in the future - thank you.
We’re all orbiting together, shaping each other simply by being who we are.
My beautiful son, my husband, my parents, my family, my friends, my incredible clients… you are all part of my constellation.

This year, something softened.
I fell in love with myself differently - with the woman I am right now.
I learned to let myself be: emotional, strong, messy, joyful, overwhelmed, radiant.
Every version sacred.

I celebrate life today - creation, self-love, rediscovery, and that deep intuitive pulse rising from the centre of my womb.
Every quiet lesson, every loud one, every tiny miracle reminding me: You’re alive. You’re here. Feel it all.

And of course…
it wouldn’t be me if I didn’t gift myself a photoshoot for my birthday — honestly the best present ever.
This year my amazing friend Polina made it all happen and let me be exactly who I wanted to be.
Thank you, my lovely, for capturing this fun age and celebrating it with me.

44…
A deeper presence. A fuller heart.
A devotion to being - unapologetically, beautifully, truly.
🥂Here’s to the universe inside me… and the universe we’re all creating together.
