Downright damn delighted to capture the performances, speeches, red carpet and auction for the Gala 2024 - raising one million smackeroonies for the ongoing creative support and development the venue do for so many young people, via their resident artists, .works, Roundhouse Studios, workshops, talks and more! I ❤️ red light - here’s at on Good Friday. Very challenging lighting - very dark in places, lots of red light, and a restricted shooting position, but I’m really relishing this kind of lighting at the moment and enjoying the creative editing process. Shot for Roundhouse

Enjoyed capturing this shoegazey show for at - some bands have a setup where there isn’t a clear frontperson (deliberately). When this happens I tend to almost treat it like a portrait shoot, focusing on individual members - the lighting here was varied, interesting and challenging, which helped too. Surprised myself with how much I liked these shots.
