Exciting news!!!

Virtual staging and augmented reality service for my Matterport VR tours will shortly be launched!

My unique photography service will soon be enhanced adding virtual staging to my Matterport scans, this will also be accompanied with a mobile app that will add an augmented reality effect for customers when onsite.

This will give my agents an unfair advantage when trying to attract listings that are empty of furniture or when trying to win developer listings.

A client asked me to remodel a restaurant to give him an idea of space, here is the result. This gave me a great idea about working with wedding planners. I scan a venue and create a detailed floor plan for the planner. They show the customers the venue by using a VR headset and when a suitable location is chosen I draft the plans for the wedding planner to show the client. This will help venues gain more bookings and the wedding planner will be more professional in helping source a venue and plan the event.

Just finished modelling a 6 floor hotel in Paddington and my head hurts! The models I create uses the laser measurements taken from the Matterport 3D scan which are over 99% accurate. The models are accompanied with the 3D tour so any queries can be answered quickly by referring to the VR tour, seriously hi-tech! The clients can then use these models for refurbishments or hand them to their architect for further modelling prior to planning permission as they are in a format which loads straight into AutoCad. This service saves a lot of time, money and effort for my clients and they are very pleased with the end results.

So a tenant said that there was a dent in the fridge on the day he moved in, the landlord contacted me and asked how come I didn't notice it. I looked on the Matterport tour and found no damage - Busted!!!
