Work Experience & Skills Required
Minimum 2+ years’ proven experience as a Wedding Videographer & Video Editor within the wedding industry, with a strong cinematic portfolio/showreel
Minimum 2+ years’ proven experience as a Wedding Photographer & Photo Editor within the wedding industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury, editorial-style weddings
Strong eye for composition, natural light, flash techniques, and storytelling — capturing timeless, elegant imagery that reflects genuine emotion
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, including colour correction, skin tone accuracy, detailed retouching, and consistent high-end gallery delivery
This is a full-time, office-based role, requiring the candidate to work from our studio environment for post-production and collaborate closely with our creative team.
Confident in capturing multi-day wedding events (Nikkah, Mehndi, Baraat, Walima, Civil Ceremonies & Destination Shoots), with a strong understanding of cultural traditions and key moments
Strong eye for composition, lighting, camera movement, and framing — producing refined, luxury visuals aligned with the CineMotion Pictures brand
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve, including colour grading, sound design, and multi-camera synchronisation
Excellent understanding of pacing and music-driven storytelling to create emotional highlight films, cinematic trailers, social media teasers, and full-length wedding edits
Experience operating professional cinema-grade camera systems, stabilisers (gimbals), and drones for high-quality aerial footage
Ability to manage and organise large volumes of footage efficiently while meeting strict internal delivery deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring clean audio, seamless transitions, consistent colour grading, and polished final outputs
Strong communication skills and the ability to work professionally alongside photographers, planners, and clients on high-end wedding productions
